1. Who we are
LaunchListings.ai (the “Service”) is operated by MCT Innovations, LLC, based in Rome, Georgia (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service at https://launchlistingsai.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? 2. Information we collect

We use your email to count your free listings, to email you sign-in links, and to associate your paid plan with you. |
| Property details you type in | Address, beds, baths, square footage, price, features, neighborhood notes and chosen tone. We use them to write your marketing copy. Free-plan details are not kept after your copy is generated (beyond routine server logs, below). |
| Generated copy and listing history (Solo plan) | For paid accounts we automatically save your most recent 25 listings (the facts you entered and the copy produced) so you can find and reuse them. You can delete any entry, or all of them, at any time. |

| Cookies and local storage | A strictly necessary sign-in cookie (llai_session) keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not store anything else in your browser, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. |
Please don’t type sensitive personal information about sellers, buyers or anyone else (for example, financial or health details) into the free-text fields. The Service only needs facts about the property.
3. How we use information
- To provide, secure and improve the Service, including generating your copy and saving your history and profile.
- To sign you in, manage your plan, and respond to support requests.
- To prevent abuse and enforce limits on free usage.
- To send service emails (such as sign-in links) and, if you created an account, occasional product updates from us. Every product email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. AI processing
To write your copy, the property details you enter (address, beds, baths, square footage, price, features, neighborhood notes and tone) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them and returns the text. Your saved agent profile is not sent to the AI provider; it is added to your copy by our own servers afterward. AI output can contain errors or unintended language, so please review everything before you publish it. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for how it handles data.
5. Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Anthropic — generates the marketing copy.
- Upstash — database that stores usage counts, plan status, sign-in tokens, and (Solo) profiles and listing history.
- Resend — sends sign-in emails and, where enabled, product emails.
- Polar — payment processing and subscription management as merchant of record.
- Our hosting provider — runs the servers that serve the site and API.
- Google Fonts — our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the Service, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information unless you are notified otherwise.
6. How long we keep information
- Sign-in links: expire after 15 minutes or on first use.
- Profile and listing history (Solo): until you delete them or ask us to. You can erase both yourself, at any time, from the Agent profile tab of your account.
- Plan and usage records: kept for as long as needed to provide the Service, honor your subscription, and prevent abuse of the free tier.
- Email address: kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to the records described above.
- Logs and rate-limit counters: kept for a short, limited period.
7. Your choices and rights
- Delete saved data: on the Solo plan, use “Delete my saved data” on the Agent profile tab of your dashboard to erase your profile and listing history. To close your account and erase your account record, email us (see below).
- Access, correction, deletion, or a copy: email support@launchlistingsai.com from the address on your account and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any product email or tell us at the address above. Service emails such as sign-in links will continue while you use the Service.
- Sign out / clear local data: use “Sign out” in the app, or clear this site’s cookies and storage in your browser.
Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us as described above.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), single-use sign-in links, signed session cookies, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those places.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the app).
